Extremely poor costumer service I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I would never buy a car from them ever again. Excellent Sales Experience On 02/28/2017, Mark Berman went above and beyond for me regarding my purchase of a 2016 Hyundai Azera. I came in prepared with a USAA Bank TrueCar ce On 02/28/2017, Mark Berman went above and beyond for me regarding my purchase of a 2016 Hyundai Azera. I came in prepared with a USAA Bank TrueCar certificate and Mark exceeded my expectations by beating the TrueCar price. He is very knowledgeable about the Azera model and the Hyundai brand overall. Most importantly, Mark is a great guy. It is apparent to me Mark is honest and does care about the customer and I really appreciate those qualities. I should also note that, without the initial telephone conversation with Lindsey Iacabbo on 02/27/2017, I would not have visited the dealership the next day for the customer information session. Lindsey was very patient with me on the phone with all of my questions and concerns. Lindsey was also very knowledgeable about what vehicles were in stock. Derek (salesman) absolutely wonderful to work with. Even came in a couple times to work around our schedule on his day off! He treated us like we were friends, not just another sale. And even after the sale was final, he took the time to show us the different tricks the vehicle has. Hands free calling etc. This is the second time I've been to this dealership, and I'll tell you. I will not go any where else again. So grateful for this place and the other employees who were there to help! More

Lindsey Iacabbo and Molly (?) reached out to me initially respective my request for lease information. Lindsey maintained good e-mail contact, provided me a good overview of First Hyundai and its unique maintenance program. She also coordinated my initial appointment with Molly. Molly pleasantly received me at First Hyundai and introduced me to my sales consultant. My sales consultant was Mark Calzo. He asked me a plethora of questions to determine what vehicle and associated features would satisfy my requirements. We reviewed the unique total cost of ownership advantage First Hyundai’s included maintenance program offers. Mark showed me a vehicle similar to the one I ended up taking delivery of. We went through all of the features of the vehicle: good emphasis on the trunk as a lockbox, I had never considered that before. The smart radio/navigation/instrument cluster review was thorough and insightful. We then went on a test drive where he continued to explain the features of the vehicle and overall quality and longevity of the Hyundai Sonata. Mateo was my Finance manager, very thorough and knowledgeable, we were able to pen a great deal. My encompassing experience at First Hyundai was beyond expectation; the entire staff made this a very pleasant and satisfying experience. If the follow-on service is anything like the sales service you have got yourself a lifetime repeat customer. More
