After a test drive of a 2017 Tuscon we located a 2016 Tuscon on the lot (Black) that was less expensive and only 6700 miles. Long story short I ended up buying that used Tuscon. Jamil was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We had some issues that needed to be resolved but with Jamil's assistance we got the job done. I can easily say that it was a pleasure meeting Jamil and the staff at First Hyundai and I look forward to future business dealings at this dealership. More

Turned around years of bad encounters I've had many bad experiences with sales at this dealership in previous years and was reluctant to try again. Because they are close to my home, I sto I've had many bad experiences with sales at this dealership in previous years and was reluctant to try again. Because they are close to my home, I stopped in just to look at the new lineup and test drive. Basically start the homework process. Everyone seemed too busy but I connected with Mark Calzo. Right off the bat he made me feel comfortable, answered all of the questions I had at the time. The respect he showed me was excellent. You typically hear of the pushy and in your face salesmen, not Mark. "May I ask when I could reach out to you" left a lasting impression! Since I bought my car, I referred 3 additional consumers to him that did end up purchasing. Clearly a winner for the dealership as they turned around years of bad experiences. Even though I was a previous Hyundai owner and was pretty sure I would be again after test driving, Mark Calzo could tell I still had some "what if" thoughts about other vehicles. He suggested I check them out and test drive. He was confident I'd be back to Hyundai which I was. He answered my endless text messages of questions and at all hours - pretty instantaneously. If he he was tied up, he'd let me know immediately. He made me feel at ease with the process and was very kind and made sure I had no unanswered questions. He helped me work with the service department to get some additional items that weren't included in my vehicle. Super smooth experience and would buy from him again!!! More

I had been many other dealerships pri My first experience at First Hyundai was back in February of 2016. I had no credit and needed a car desperately. I had been many other dealerships prior to my visit at First and was treated like a peice of nothing. Hesitantly I visited first Hyundai and met Mateo and Anthony. Both of which who aggressively worked the banks to get me approved(even with no credit) on a vehicle that had a comfortable payment. Within a couple minutes I was approved on a new car and could afford my payment. Fast forward to January of 2017 I had established my self credit wise and wanted to turn in my Mazda and upgrade to a new sedan. Once again with the help of Derek, James, Mateo and Anthony- they helped me choose the perfect Elantra and get me the perfect lease payment. I couldn't be happier with the sale personal and the experience I have had. I love my Elantra and can't wait till I upgrade to. I will not go any where else. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! More
