2017 Sonata Lease Mark was very friendly and helpful during the process. Appeared to have good knowledge of the vehicle and financing process. However, once the sale is made, there is still work to be done and this process seemed incomplete after the day of the sale. We had to chase him to receive the delivery date, this took a week and a half. I called several times before we were finally given a date. We were told at the purchase times that it would likely be just a few days. The vehicle was delivered with an unclean interior and a large pen mark along the ceiling. I had to chase him again to inquire about a missing second set of keys. This should have been handled automatically. More

Buying my first hyundai Katie Bedard and Mark Calzo provided me with the best car search and purchase (lease) I have ever experienced. I live in Rhode Island, an hour away fr Katie Bedard and Mark Calzo provided me with the best car search and purchase (lease) I have ever experienced. I live in Rhode Island, an hour away from First Hyundai in MA. I started receiving emails from Katie after searching on the internet for remaining 2016 Sonatas. Several dealerships contacted me, but Katie was BY FAR the most responsive. She found exactly what I was looking for - 2016 ECO trim, silver, a cd player, and power driver seat. When I could not make it to the dealership during that week after work, she spoke with her sales manager Anthony Coccia, and everything was handled over the phone with my husband and I - on a Saturday. Mark even offered to drive the car to me in RI an hour away. Not only was their response and caring attitude the winner for me, but they beat the price of a dealership 3 miles from my home in RI offered. Mark was delightful and very knowledgeable upon delivery of my new Sonata in December. Since then, Mark and Katie have continued to be immediately responsive to my every question since then, as I am getting used to my new car and new touch screen. I have nothing but WOWS for Katie, Mark, and Anthony for being so honest and helping me out ever way possible. More

From the internet department when Hana answered all my questions I needed and also made sure the vehicle I wanted was still available. I've been to so many dealerships that lied to me just to get me in the door. From the sales person Mark Calzo being so knowledgeable in the car I was interested and not skipping over anything in the car. Some dealerships I've been to say here's the keys, park over here when you get back. I feel I'm just a number like when I visited Boch. Then down to Anthony who gave me such an amazing deal on the new car I bought. I got back way more then I thought I was going to get from what KBB gave me. They really work with you, every way possible. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Best dealership ever. Then the First for Life no one has anything like this, Mark did a break down for me and showed me how much I was saving in the long run. Will be back when I'm looking for a new car, just hope those people are still there when I get back. More
