That one ounce of courtesy had me hooked, everyone else jumped into "sales mode." Katie's consideration put First, well, first on our list. My dad's previous car came from First, and they took good care of him, so he was happy I picked them again. It helps that they are close by his home. Working with the sales guy Mark B and Katie were a pleasure. Both were regular folks, not sleazy sales people. We got a great price, the car we wanted, and all the help and courtesy we could ask for. My dad loves his car, and if I am ever in the market for a Hyundai myself, I know where I am going. More
