Within minutes, I received a call from Lindsey Iacobbo at First Hyundai. She was a pleasure to speak with. Others from other dealerships who called were very cold, and pushy. I made an appointment for us to go to First Hyundai, and we were introduced to Mark Calzo, who guided us through the sales process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had a long wait time to go through the paperwork. Another car buyer had made their purchase 3 minutes before us. If we had been 4 minutes faster, they would have had a long wait. More

I'm overjoyed! I looked online for a,new car and was contacted by several people. I spoke with Lindsey, who explained WHY I may have been declined an what the process actually was She gave me hope that I could actually get a loan because I'm an independent contractor. She also explained the credit process for securing a loan . It was because of her that I actually went in. Then she paired me with Derek, who was so easy going and genuine. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Once I picked a car I met with Rod, who searched for the best, least expensive loan for me and hereally went above and beyond to explain and to help me select the best payment option for my budget. Great experience, zero sales pressue, friendly and knowledge I went in on Saturday afternoon, the dealership was very busy yet they managed to see me immediely, I knew which car I wanted to see and they had it b I went in on Saturday afternoon, the dealership was very busy yet they managed to see me immediely, I knew which car I wanted to see and they had it brought out front within 5 minutes, gave me an overview of it features to test out, and handed me the keys. When I got back from the test drive they asked what I thought any issues etc and gave me the pricing but zero pushy sales. They even said if I want to take the car to think about it overnight I am welcome to. This is extremely refreshing and it's the reason I bought the car from them. I shall be getting another suv in a couple of months and I know my first place to go now. More

I told them of my distance and that I would like to come see the vehicle and they were nice enough to call me a few hours before I planned to visit that the car was still in stock so I was not wasting my time. I went down and consulted with Derek. Test drive the car (they have a prime test drive route of highway and slower more bumpy roads). They appraised my trade and gave me a very fair amount for my old car. Anything I needed was explained or taken care of, even if as simple as a bottle water while waiting for the paperwork to come back. I would defiantly come here again to buy a car, Derek was perfect not trying to shove anything on me, helping me with sorting out any questions and is very fair to work with. More
