Jamil was great but waited too long for business manager My husband and I were planning on trading in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that my father had given me when he moved across the country. The sonata was from My husband and I were planning on trading in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that my father had given me when he moved across the country. The sonata was from this dealership so we figured we would take a look at some of the models available. We wanted an AWD vehicle as we are expecting a child and I commute 45 minutes to work, so safety in the winter and space were priorities for us. Right off the bat I was annoyed with the little parking for customers and the hectic and confusing layout of the lot. Honestly, I considered just leaving due to this issue. However, we waited and eventually were able to park. When we went inside we were greeted promptly and were assigned Jamil as our sales representative. Jamil was great, easy to talk to and seemed genuine. Jamil Helped my husband and I find a vehicle that we both loved, a 2014 Hyundai Tuscon. We decided to move forward on having my father's car appraised and ultimately to proceed with making the purchase. Jamil was very helpful in filling out the paperwork and answering my questions. Once we signed all paperwork we needed to wait to speak with a business manager and have everything finalized. This wait was over 2 and a half hours. The dealership was very slow by the time we had signed everything with Jamil but we continued to wait. No manager or supervisor apologized for the delay. Jamil checked in on us multiple times during the wait and was extremely polite. He really went above and beyond within his powers to make us as comfortable as possible during the wait. I was shocked that with the business manager being so backed up, however, that no one came and apologized besides Jamil. We arrived at the dealership at 11:30 on a Saturday with an appointment and did not leave until 6pm. If it were not for Jamil's service and willingness to go the extra mile my review would be significantly lower. Overall I am extremely pleased with my vehicle and love the peace of mind having the First for Life deal on the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to others, especially if they were able to work with Jamil. More

David Sacco, sales person greeted me at the door with a handshake when I walked into the Hyundai dealership to look at alternates to the cross-over SU David Sacco, sales person greeted me at the door with a handshake when I walked into the Hyundai dealership to look at alternates to the cross-over SUV's I'd been considering at Honda, Mazda and Subaru. Right off the bat David put me at ease and then guided me through the process. He introduced me to Hanna (who had already charmed my wife on the phone) and from that point on David and Hanna were my two new best friends. David helped me narrow down my vehicle search with a few simple questions and in no time he was showing me round a Tuscon Sport. It was a strange vomit-tomato colour, but we took it for a test drive anyway! I liked the turbo pick-up but in the end I bought a molten silver SE Plus AWD Tuscon because David had helped me select all the features I needed within my target budget. We test drove that one too and the pick up in sport mode is plenty adequate. David showed me all the new high tech electronic features I decided were must-haves; including blind spot alert, heated seats (I'm from FL and my bottom gets cold), and a NAV system with a voice command that really works. I had a great experience at Hyundai mostly because of David's and Hanna's total dedication and professionalism. More

Within minutes, I received a call from Lindsey Iacobbo at First Hyundai. She was a pleasure to speak with. Others from other dealerships who called were very cold, and pushy. I made an appointment for us to go to First Hyundai, and we were introduced to Mark Calzo, who guided us through the sales process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had a long wait time to go through the paperwork. Another car buyer had made their purchase 3 minutes before us. If we had been 4 minutes faster, they would have had a long wait. More
