No Pressure Great Experience I recently bought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD 2.0 Turbo here and honestly couldn't have had a better experience. At first I wasn't sure what car was I recently bought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD 2.0 Turbo here and honestly couldn't have had a better experience. At first I wasn't sure what car was the best fit for me, after seeing a car online I spoke with Hana and she was very friendly and willing to help, I came in the same day and test drove a few cars and figured out that the Turbo was what I wanted. On my second visit I met with Jamil and he was so patient and eager to find the right fit for me. We tried many cars on that visit but they didn't have the perfect fit, there were a lot of boxes to check. About four days later I got a call that they found the perfect car, it had been a lease that was traded in that morning, and it was everything I wanted. Thanks to Jamil and his persistence I have my perfect car. I felt completely comfortable and was not pressured in any way, I truly felt like they wanted me to find the right car for me, as much as I wanted to find the right car for me. Jamil went above and beyond for me, helping me out the day I got my car setting it up and hooked me up with car mats since they hadn't had them, and after a small problem with my paperwork they send someone out (across the state) to bring it to me to sign. I overall had a great experience and I am confident this is the beginning of a great relationship with First Hyundai. More

Good experience At 2 pm I called and asked if the car I was looking for; 2014 azera was available. I showed up and was met by a sales person. I told him I had availed about the car he asked for me and I was informed the car was ready for a test drive without any type of sales pitch. I checked my the car and within 10 minutes was on my test drive. The car was awesome. Mark the sales person was knowledgeable and felt honest an not too salesy. I bought the car. I was in and out within 3 hours. My only issue would be the com etching, this should be optional, as It is a 200 dollar charge when I you you can buy a kit to do ity yourself. More

When I got there, the Sales person had the nerve to call me out on my review...so unprofessional. Handed me the keys, never offered to set up my phone to the car, also only 1/2 a tank of gas was in the car. I was told it would be full!! NEVER AGAIN!!! this is my 3rd purchase from that group of dealers...they won't get a 4th. Still no car, purchased 4/17/17. review done on 4/27/2017 I think the 1st payment should be returned to me. I had to go in person and ask for a car, because I couldn't drive the car that I was getting out of the lease. More
