Read before buying at or going to this dealership! This was copied from a Facebook post I put on the dealership page. So for starters I purchased my vehicle at your dealership in 2012 brand new. I This was copied from a Facebook post I put on the dealership page. So for starters I purchased my vehicle at your dealership in 2012 brand new. I paid off the loan 2 years ago. I received a promotion flyer offering me 120% of my trade value. There was also a scratch and win thing at the top. When I scratched the spot it said 7500. I called the number on the letter and gave them the code and the woman said that I had to make an appointment to find out more about the terms. So I decided to make the appointment and I called the dealership to ask further questions. The woman who answered the phone said that the trade is based on the assessed value which is what I expected and so I asked her if the scratch off prize was an additional offer on top of my trade, and she replied that it was. So after both working all day, and I'm also 7 months pregnant we drove to first Hyundai to hear more about what we were being offered. I asked for the manager as I was instructed to do and had the letter and my Id which was also part of the instructions. Of course we were approached by a sales person named obi who was very polite, professional, and tried to be helpful. We showed him the letter and he went to check the information and came back and told us that the information in the letter did not match what the dealership had on file but that we would get the full trade offer and we didn't win anything. I explained my frustration so he went back and then comes back to tell us that we had in fact won a 5$ Walmart gift card and that the trade offer still stood. When I told him what our wishes were in regards to a new vehicle if we bought one which I knew would not be met with only the trade, he explained what the dealership had and that it would require financing in addition to the trade and we left because we don't need a vehicle and felt deceived by your dealership. With that said, I am aware that the vehicle I have is not only paid for, but it's also in good condition and high demand. When the time comes for us to make a vehicle purchase we will certainly be going elsewhere, because if the car is valuable at your dealership it's valuable elsewhere. At 7 months pregnant I have no need for being deceived or driving out of my way after working all day to hear that the letter didn't match your records. That's xx, you wanted me to come down there get a vehicle that requires financing and get the one I have so that you can make money off of that too. I'm not stupid, and I'm not that easily sold. I will also be copying this review and posting it to any dealership rating sites I can find and I most certainly will not change it because your potential customers should know how deceptive your business practices are. and btw, the manager never came out, he let obi deal with the issue which wasn't fair to obi, and wasn't very professional on the part of the dealership a good manager resolves customer issues directly, not from behind a desk. Least stressful experience ever! I have been looking for the perfect car! Found the car and color I wanted online. Coming from out of state and driving 1.25 hours, made an appointmen I have been looking for the perfect car! Found the car and color I wanted online. Coming from out of state and driving 1.25 hours, made an appointment with Lindsey and when we got there, they told me that the car I wanted got sold. I was devastated but Roy, our salesman was incredibly helpful to show me some of the other options. We took a drive test of Hyundai Sante Fe, we really liked it but the car that I was hoping to buy was sold an hour earlier. Was ready to walk away when Andre, the sales manager showed us another option and it was so much better than we expected and was hard to walk away empty handed. Transaction was quick and easy. No xx, no hassle, everyone was very nice and helpful. All our questions were answered in timely manner. I would definitely do my business again with them. We are thinking to continue our regular maintenance and services with them even if we have to travel an hour. Hopefully, they won't fail us again. I More

These people are FAKE and borderline LIERS! It started with me getting a quote from KBB to sell my truck, I received an email from "Molly" saying that the manager asked her to contact me It started with me getting a quote from KBB to sell my truck, I received an email from "Molly" saying that the manager asked her to contact me and that they wanted to take a closer look at my truck, So i called the phone number from the email and asked for Molly but the girl i was put through to said Molly was her assistant and she could help me, so i set it up to drive out there so they could take a look at the truck i was selling, when i got there they did their inspection and said they reject the truck because of rust spots... I left after that end of the story for that day... The next day i get another email from "Molly" saying " There is a customer that may be interested in your Vehicle and I wanted to make sure we connect." Signed with a phone number again... So I call the number and asked for Molly once again and the girl i was connected to said Molly is her assistant but she could help me, I figured since "Molly" is emailing me and contacting me i should talk to her.... after i insisted i spoke with Molly she tells me Molly is a computer program!!! At this point i felt lied to, more than once... So a few questions that never got answered... 1. WHY SIGN THE EMAIL AS A PERSON and not state anywhere in the email that its a computer program sending me email and not someone from there named Molly?? 2. When I called in TWICE asking for Molly why was i told Molly is an assistant but i could be helped by the girl who answered the phone? If these people cover up stuff that dont even matter like emails and fake employees named Molly, I hate to see the stuff they hide about the cars they sell.... but based on the other reviews i read here they do hide stuff and cover up truth... I guess i am not important enough to know Molly is not really a person..... What do they say "Just tell them Molly is an assistant, they are dumb customers, they dont know any better" WELL LISTEN UP! AS I SAID ON THE PHONE WITH CHOICE WORDS I FEEL LIED TO! Please take this as a warning of how shady these people are.... More

Obi is the best! I worked with Obi to find the right Santa Fe for me. I am probably a sales person's biggest nightmare and a pain in the butt to deal with. Obi worked with me and was always available to answer questions. I went to the dealership three times, drove multiple vehicles, some multiple times. I took one for an extended test drive and was gone for over two hours. Obi is honest, fair, and one of the most interesting people I have ever met. He is NOT a stereotypical car sales person. I never once felt like I was being deceived or mislead. I highly recommend Obi and First Hyundai. I did interact with Hana and Lindsey who were both great to work with as well. Dennis W. More
