Mark took be for a test drive, but before getting behind the wheel, he showed and explained every aspect and feature that my car had. I really felt Mark had a love for his job and duty to fulfill that to his customer. In less than two hours Mark worked up numbers that suited my budget. He was persistent on my behalf and in the end, Andre finally gave the okay. In just a short amount of time, in a friendly, courteous, and professional way I was on my way with "CoCo" (Sorry I name all my cars), detailed, full tank of gas, and a smile on my face ready to show off my new wheels and spread my experience at First Hyundai to anyone who would/will listen. These people are FAKE and borderline LIERS! It started with me getting a quote from KBB to sell my truck, I received an email from "Molly" saying that the manager asked her to contact me and t It started with me getting a quote from KBB to sell my truck, I received an email from "Molly" saying that the manager asked her to contact me and that they wanted to take a closer look at my truck, So i called the phone number from the email and asked for Molly but the girl i was put through to said Molly was her assistant and she could help me, so i set it up to drive out there so they could take a look at the truck i was selling, when i got there they did their inspection and said they reject the truck because of rust spots... I left after that end of the story for that day... The next day i get another email from "Molly" saying " There is a customer that may be interested in your Vehicle and I wanted to make sure we connect." Signed with a phone number again... So I call the number and asked for Molly once again and the girl i was connected to said Molly is her assistant but she could help me, I figured since "Molly" is emailing me and contacting me i should talk to her.... after i insisted i spoke with Molly she tells me Molly is a computer program!!! At this point i felt lied to, more than once... So a few questions that never got answered... 1. WHY SIGN THE EMAIL AS A PERSON and not state anywhere in the email that its a computer program sending me email and not someone from there named Molly?? 2. When I called in TWICE asking for Molly why was i told Molly is an assistant but i could be helped by the girl who answered the phone? If these people cover up stuff that dont even matter like emails and fake employees named Molly, I hate to see the stuff they hide about the cars they sell.... but based on the other reviews i read here they do hide stuff and cover up truth... I guess i am not important enough to know Molly is not really a person..... What do they say "Just tell them Molly is an assistant, they are dumb customers, they dont know any better" WELL LISTEN UP! AS I SAID ON THE PHONE WITH CHOICE WORDS I FEEL LIED TO! Please take this as a warning of how shady these people are.... More

Dave was our sales person and he was also very thorough. Actually found out what some buttons mean on cars I have had previously and had no idea what they did. He explains things in a personable manner. Also he was very upfront with everything. Anthony was a man of mystery, although I don't know what he looks like he came back with 4 choices of payment options that we could chose from. Rod was the last step and he gave options but did not make you feel as you had to get them. Kept everything on the up and up. Looking forward and hoping the service team are just as accomplished.
