As I told Dave, I am not inclined to rate people on such a brief experience, I have this feeling that such a rating may have an impact on the representatives standing within the company and I think that is pathetic. When will "management" ( and by that I mean all the thousands of companies including the one I work for) realize that these shallow attempts at understanding issues do nothing but alienate good people who work for you. For that reason, wherever I go for my next purchase for anything, I will inquire if I will be asked to take a survey...if they say yes, I will probably walk out. I know that will not leave me with as much choice, but these companies need to wake up and realize the proof is in the pudding (the sale) and not in the mind of one of us half-witted xxxxxxx behind a keyboard.
