Dealership Great. Salesman was DISHONEST The dealership was fine to deal with. My sales man on th other hand was a sneaky salesman. We are now finding out. Just went for our first FREE oil ch The dealership was fine to deal with. My sales man on th other hand was a sneaky salesman. We are now finding out. Just went for our first FREE oil change which it was but only to find out oil changes from now on will cost to keep up on maintenance, things we could do ourselves. So we pay and it goes up each time. We were never told or give the complete brochure. When we confronted him we got told he did tell is and then we should of gotten this info from finance. Seriously just own up to it and admit that you were wrong. More

As I told Dave, I am not inclined to rate people on such a brief experience, I have this feeling that such a rating may have an impact on the representatives standing within the company and I think that is pathetic. When will "management" ( and by that I mean all the thousands of companies including the one I work for) realize that these shallow attempts at understanding issues do nothing but alienate good people who work for you. For that reason, wherever I go for my next purchase for anything, I will inquire if I will be asked to take a survey...if they say yes, I will probably walk out. I know that will not leave me with as much choice, but these companies need to wake up and realize the proof is in the pudding (the sale) and not in the mind of one of us half-witted xxxxxxx behind a keyboard. More
