If service after the sale is important to you, do not buy from this dealership! I drove from Maine to purchase a used vehicle. All I asked was for it to be detailed because it smelled like smoke and had scra from this dealership! I drove from Maine to purchase a used vehicle. All I asked was for it to be detailed because it smelled like smoke and had scratches that needed to be buffed out. The salesman, Chris Young, said he would make sure that happened. The vehicle was not delivered to me for almost a month and it had not been detailed at all! Plus, there was a scrape on the bumper that was not there when I bought the car. I let Chris know and he said he would make it right. He didn't . He said he would overnight touch up paint to me, which I never got. I also asked to be reimbursed the $200 that I had to pay to get the car detailed, since I specifically asked for that to be done. He refused and has not reached out to me since. Following through could have given them a satisfied customer, but only the sale was important, not the service after. More

Dealing with Marcus was a pleasure. I was going in looking for something new at a certain price point and budget. The original vehicle I was looking at ended up being out of my budget range. Marcus showed me a few used options that would be in my price range. He was very helpful with fulfilling my needs and wants of a vehicle. He ended up showing me a lower trim Model of the original vehicle I was looking at. At no point did I feel pressured or forced to buy. Between Marcus and Lindsey Iacabbo we were able to come to an agreement on a brand new Tuscon that was a little higher than my original budget but again I did not feel forced in any way to go above my budget, it just worked for my needs. When I picked up the car Marcus spent some time with me going over how to use some of the options on the car and helped me sync my phone to the car. Josh Grace was also great to deal with. I felt that every one I interaction with was open and honest with me. Overall great experience! More
After other stereotypical dealers treated me like a waste of their time, this company did not. They function like a big family and treat you like your in it. I have bought cars before and always felt lied to of their time, this company did not. They function like a big family and treat you like your in it. If you need a car, come here and you’ll see there’s no need for the usual adversarial feel that you would have experienced in other places. I hate buying cars but this was a paradoxically great experience. AND I SAVED A BUNCH OF MONEY. More
Horrible customer service. Went in a bought a lime green Kona, our associate was John. Very nice but not the best at making you feel homie and feeling valued. Did not bother to learn our name. Said the deal was impossible. 3 days later the manager?? Maybe Chris young called us and tried to renegotiate again with us, coming down even closer where we wanna be. Clearly playing games. Took us 2 days of texting and calling and a bunch of usual dealership games to come to an Agreement. Which was 500$ away from where we wanted to be day one. Here’s the icing on top of the cake. We need a check from them to pay off the previous vehicle. Said it would be ready in 3 days. We are now on day 7 business day. So in summary, lots of generic dealership games, and empty promises. AVOID! More

Dave was not only knowledgeable in the various functions of the cars we were looking at, But was also extremely helpful in working with us to meet our budget, and then in working to process out of state reg of the cars we were looking at, But was also extremely helpful in working with us to meet our budget, and then in working to process out of state registration challenges during the dmv shutdown.
