When I returned and told them "Go ahead, write it up!" they "forgot" to include the excess mileage piece (but still kept the price the same). So they got my 2014 Tucson, and I got the bill for the excess mileage. The sales rep admits he did negotiate this the first time, but it just is not good enough for the manager to honor. "They are sorry for the inconvenience and annoyance." Do not trust First Hyundai - they are out to make as much money as they can! More
