On my 2nd visit, when I decided on the exterior color, John was not available that day and Mark Calzo continued with locating the color and model, and follow up calls when my car was at the dealership. He showed me all the basic features and had to order floor mats and rear bumper guard that were not included. When they are at First Hyundai Mark will have the vehicle detailed again and go over all the features again and connect my phone. Mateo was very helpful in financing and explained the rebates and savings with my trade-in. All were very professional. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but First Hyundai employees do not pressure you on your 1st visit and give you time to review all info before making a purchase. I like that. Thank you More
