In general I would term this car service to be good, not great ... but I've just had a recent experience buying a Certified 2013 Equus that most definitely qualifies as a GREAT experience [rare in car buying, I know!]. Lindsey (internet sales contact) and Mark Berman were always professional, highly responsive, even returning text messages on days off to keep the process moving. They say 'compromise' happens when both sides come away perhaps not blissfully happy but satisfied that a fair deal won the day; and I do believe that you can most certainly expect such treatment from First Hyundai -- & eapecially Lindsey I and Mark B!
