First Hyundai are thieves and liars. My $500 deposit was refundable up until the point that I chose not to purchase a car from First Hyundai. They didn't even have a car on the lot for me to buy, didn't sign any legal paperwork for it, no financing for it, didn't take delivery of it and didn't drive it home, yet my deposit is being held hostage by First Hyundai because I exercised my right to not buy something from them. Hey First Hyundai, you know that's illegal, right? I'll let my credit card company handle that for me while I write about my displeasure to the BBB and Massachusetts State Attorney General's office and detail my dissatisfaction about First Hyundai and their hostage tactics. More

From the start, it was obvious they wanted me to be confident with the experience. Their willingness to let me take the car on a test drive without a sales associate present made me feel trusted. I initially was going to buy a new Tucson Sport but they listened to my needs and recommended I test drive a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Santa Fe. Lindsey was my first contact over the phone. When I came to the showroom, she introduced me to Mark who was knowledgeable about the cars and was great to work with. Great team and their lifetime free oil changes, wipers and inspection stickers mean we will be back. They will also be the first place I go to when I need another car. More

It took seven weeks AFTER I purchased the vehicle for a financial error to be resolved. First Hyundai stopped responding to my calls/messages altogether and only acted once I filed complaints with the AGs office & the BBB. Even after the resolution, they shifted the responsibility away from themselves. I have no words to describe how unprofessional First Hyundai is. I spent over fours hours at the dealership and the only time the salesman deigned to get off his phone was to fill out paperwork. Literally! He was on his phone from the moment I entered until I drove off the lot. James Clanton is the epitome of a sleazy used car salesman. It was evident from the jump that he only cared about his commission and flat out refused to negotiate with me. To add insult to injury, I found out after the car purchase that the Sales Manager blatantly lied to me and had me paying addition monies for a feature that was optional, although I was told it was mandatory. This is not a reputable dealership and I advise you to stay away! Read the reviews. All of them. I wish I had done my homework better. More
