Terrible customer service Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at this location in 2014 and up until recently I had a decent experience with the dealership, nothing terrible or exc Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at this location in 2014 and up until recently I had a decent experience with the dealership, nothing terrible or exceeding expectations. The vehicle was totaled in an accident in 2017 and I was required to reach out to the dealership for copies of purchase documents to file for GAP insurance, which was also purchased from the location. I spoke with the finance manager Rod Franey and he assured us that the documents would be faxed to the GAP insurance company shortly. Weeks went by and I spoke with him again and still nothing. 9 weeks passed and I left numerous voicemails on Rod Franey's machine and received no calls back. I finally forced the front desk to hunt Mr. Franey down and spoke with him only to have him tell me that he could not get any copies of the documents I required (bill of sale, factory invoice, etc.) He stated that the documents were in a warehouse across the town and it would take him over half a day to track down the documents. Despite me pleading to him with woes and hardships from the accident, he continued to dismiss my request stating that retrieving documents from their warehouse is something they don't normally do. I was forced to have the attourney representing us on the motor vehicle accident reach out to the dealership and force Mr. Franey to do his job. Again, I have no problem with this dealership aside from my experience with Rod Franey. If the rest of this dealership has any employees that try to dismiss the requests and concerns of their customers then I would recommend shopping elsewhere. More
