Well right from the start Lindsey ,listened to my needs and made notes ,I had some health worries , I have a compromised immune system . I asked her if she could make sure my sales person was healthy and germ free of colds etc . Well , She welcomed me and made me feel so at ease and had Clay work with me . I also told her , this healthy sales person needed to be down to earth and no games .That I had a sales & marketing background and would not tolerate that behavior and would just walk . Well , We talked what I saw and needs and what I could spend on a fixed income and The car I wanted was just a seen on the internet . The management staff & finnical manger was also outstanding . I thought I was only going for a test drive ,But I drove it home . My first Hyundai experience I was very impressed with the service here. I had been to a previous Hyundai dealership where the sales staff was extremely pushy on the sale of the v I was very impressed with the service here. I had been to a previous Hyundai dealership where the sales staff was extremely pushy on the sale of the vehicle. Additionally at the previous dealership they allowed another customer to test drive the car while we were in negotiations. First Hyundai was so professional, they beat the price of the other place, and offered me a nicer model! I did not feel pressured to make a purchase on the spot. The staff was very accommodating and worked in a timely manner which was nice since we had our infant son with us! I will absolutely be returning to First Hyundai in the future! More

I suggest to everyone to sign the paperwork in person and if you need a cosigner MAKE YOUR COSIGNER COME WITH YOU. Mailing the paperwork was a recipe for Murphys law. BACK TO DAVE.... he even drove to Connecticut himself to register the car for me one day after the paperwork was completed and 5 days before Christmas! I am very pleased that they were capable of working around my schedule with all the long distance trips. Now I'm off to the mountains on time with my new certified dream car.
