Went straight back to First for my 2nd.. My 2nd (certified pre-owned) Sonata, that is. My 1st Sonata, purchased back in 2013, was recently totaled in an accident. I had a fairly short timeframe to make my decision, and Mark Berman was extremely helpful with that. He has great product knowledge, and was very patient with me running him all over the lot.
