If I had 1 complaint, it would be that, all other dealerships that I have bought brand new vehicles from have always washed and vacuumed after having service done to my vehicles. Maybe it is just a A Hyundai thing. I have always bought brand new vehicles my entire life, so far. That is about 40 yrs now. More

Bait and switch I was given a price written on paper by the sales manager and he gave my wife and I a few minutes to talk about the deal he had agreed to. When we asked him to return a few minute later he said his boss, whoever that may have been, said the car could not be sold for the price he wrote on the paper for us. The sales manager told us the price he agreed to and wrote on the paper was not an agreed upon price. I totally disagree. When you bargain with a sales manager and he offers and writes down a price for you it should be honored. Needless to say we were disappointed and left the dealership. More

She went to your dealership on Monday to discuss the problem as to why she paid $190 for the dealership to register the car.
