The reason for the 1 star raiting is, the dealership was supposed to have the vehicle ready on the 5th business day which is today Friday March 2nd And was told yesterday that they don’t even have the title for the vehicle nor were we told that at the sale of the vehicle. And now the rental company needs the rental back the only way we can transport our 6 month old son in. Hopefully they can put us in a loaner till this issue is resolved. More

Bait and switch I was given a price written on paper by the sales manager and he gave my wife and I a few minutes to talk about the deal he had agreed to. When we as I was given a price written on paper by the sales manager and he gave my wife and I a few minutes to talk about the deal he had agreed to. When we asked him to return a few minute later he said his boss, whoever that may have been, said the car could not be sold for the price he wrote on the paper for us. The sales manager told us the price he agreed to and wrote on the paper was not an agreed upon price. I totally disagree. When you bargain with a sales manager and he offers and writes down a price for you it should be honored. Needless to say we were disappointed and left the dealership. More

Left my mother in Warwick Your man came to my mother's place of work and took the dealer plate off the car...20 miles from her home.. she has had it for 3 months which is unhea Your man came to my mother's place of work and took the dealer plate off the car...20 miles from her home.. she has had it for 3 months which is unheard of but you couldn't arrange a time to get together and take possession of the plate???? She went to your dealership on Monday to discuss the problem as to why she paid $190 for the dealership to register the car. And 3 days later you go to her work place and leave a 70 year old woman stranded. !!! Really bush league move.. More
