Buying a new car but ended up getting used Great vehicle I ended up going to First Hyundai late in the evening just before closing . I was able to sit down with Clay. I told him I was looking at a new Hyunda I ended up going to First Hyundai late in the evening just before closing . I was able to sit down with Clay. I told him I was looking at a new Hyundai but wasn't sure if I could really afford the price. He layed out several options for me, then asked me to take the time to look at a used Sonata with low miles about a year old.. he gave me a great deal and I glad I went with the 2017 Hyundai Sonata . It runs great looks brand new.. Clay took the time to to put all the paper work together and get the transaction done, that evening . I picked up the Sonata the next morning and it was in show room condition. I would recommend, that if your are looking to purchase a Hyundai go to First Hyundai of North Attelboro and ask for Clay. Worst Sales Experience- RUDE to the 10th Degree! Manager Anthony was wonderful, I had to call him to complain about my horrible experience and how unhappy I was with the sales associate, Anthony was Manager Anthony was wonderful, I had to call him to complain about my horrible experience and how unhappy I was with the sales associate, Anthony was helpful and made sure that I did not have to deal with that associate again when I went to pick up my vehicle. If I hadn't already drive over 2 hours to see this car I never would have purchased the vehicle because the sales associate was so rude and disrespectful. No one showed me anything about the car I had to figure everything out for myself, I was not told anything about the warranty until I met with finance and when I picked the car up the floor mats were magically gone and no one knew where they went! So now i have my new care and had to go buy universal car mats which don't fit properly because my Horrible Car salesperson couldn't be professional and finish the sale! I will not be going back to this place ever! More

Thankful to have had an amazing 2nd experience with Hyundai I leased my first Hyundai back in May 2017. Unfortunately I ended up having some financial problems after losing my job at the end of last year. Stuck I leased my first Hyundai back in May 2017. Unfortunately I ended up having some financial problems after losing my job at the end of last year. Stuck in a pretty crappy situation I went back to Hyundai to see what I could do. I was incredibly nervous that I would be judged and no one would help me since that's what would happen over the phone with other companies. I was able to speak with my past seller Mark Calzo who understood what I was going through and helped me right away. He gave us all the options and talked us through everything. It was a HUGE stress off my shoulders. I must say, even in the past I never felt rushed or forced to do anything when I go to Hyundai. Everyone is very down to earth and are willing to listen to you. I am very thankful to Mark, the financial department, and all of Hyundai for making this experience so easy. Thanks to them I now have a new car and I am no longer in a stressful financial situation. I don't know what I would do without you guys. I look forward to my continued service with you for years to come. P.S. The fake proposal was a great idea....now lets see how long it takes before I get a real ring.. :p More
