Excellent Customer Service & Total Transparency First Hyundai in North Attleboro exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service and total transparency. The Customer Service Specialist ale First Hyundai in North Attleboro exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service and total transparency. The Customer Service Specialist alerted me to my expired registration sticker during his “walk around” of my Sonata. The team at First Hyundai was able to provide that additional service so I didn’t have the headache of going to another auto body shop to get a new sticker. A technician also shot a 90 second video from the undercarriage of my car, showing me exactly what they were looking at. They found nothing wrong with my vehicle - and simply provided me with an oil change, new sticker, and free car wash. I didn’t feel any pressure to pay for services my car didn’t need. First Hyundai acquired a new lifetime customer! More

Careless salesmen-no accountability-will steal your money FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME! GREAT CAR, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY A HYUNDAI FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!! I recen FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME! GREAT CAR, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY A HYUNDAI FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!! I recently purchased a Hyundai with Mark-and we loved the car and the experience was great- that is until we signed the paper work. Following that all care for customer service went out the window. There was some confusion with registration because we were buying in MA but registering in NH. On our bill of sale we had paid for registration included in our purchase-when we met the car runner at town hall in NH we had come to find out in the state of NH you cannot register with the dealer. We contacted Mark to let him know we had been charged twice at which point he said part of that fee is for the delivery (which is COMPLETELY unmentioned on the paperwork we all signed) but that he would send me a check for the difference. I felt a little blindsided by the charge but agreed and was told to expect the check in the mail. Two weeks after the fact I still hadn't received anything so i reached back out asking when to expect the check and was then informed that I was being charged in full and the check was not being sent out. Here I was waiting for money they promised me and instead they took it upon themselves to decide otherwise and no one had even reached out to inform me of the change which is CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Following that I had to ask for Marks managers contact info multiple times before he gave it to me, and was told to ask for Eric who then avoided my calls and voicemails throughout the day until finally was told by Mark Eric could not take my call and he would contact me in the morning. Next day- at no surprise no one reached out. When I called again I was put through to Josh who then told me he was told by Mark the runners had to come up twice-THEY CAME UP ONE TIME- and no one can explain to me why they are under the impression that the delivery had been made twice (because they are trying to steal our money), I reached out to Mark to ask why he told his managers that and guess what STILL NO ANSWER. I was told I would be contacted by another manager, Anthony, tomorrow. Will post again with outcome when one is reached. But really SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND USE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE JUST HERE TO DISHONESTLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO ONE IN CHARGE CARES ENOUGH TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILTY! Also thought it was worth mentioning that when I was speaking with Josh he told me he couldn't send the check but offered me a free car wash instead.......... if that doesn't sum out how little they value your buisiness I really don't know what else does. NEGLECT is what it is. More

Great Experience I bought a 2015 Sonata Limited from Dave. He was able to get the price down into my range easily. The car has a ton of tech built into it, and Dave wa I bought a 2015 Sonata Limited from Dave. He was able to get the price down into my range easily. The car has a ton of tech built into it, and Dave was able to show me how everything worked. He even updated the infotainment system and got new batteries for the key fobs. I will be back when it's time to replace my wife's car. Great guy, easy to work with. More

It’s rare for me to be going to get servicing done at my dea I am extremely satisfied with the service I’ve received every time I go to First Hyundai! It’s rare for me to be going to get servicing done at my dealership that I purchased my car at. I totally trust my car with this dealership. I haven’t even thought of bringing my car to any other place or mechanic to have any service performed. When I go to have service done, I usually wait for the car to be finished in their waiting area. I feel comfortable there and I am always treated with respect and listened to by all of the staff. I am especially very impressed with the service advisor I have had helping me for the last 3 times I have been in. Robert Lemire has been the best service advisor I’ve ever had at a delearship. He makes me trust what he says I can put stock in as being true and reassuring. Please let him know what a great job he does in reassuring, listening and treating customers with respect and value. More
