Dave knows his Hyundais and Katie is kick butt! I had been back and fourth with them for a while and didn’t find anything in my price range. I eventually found a car with all the bells and worked out the $$. Katie was fantastic to work with and VERY responsive. Dave was fun to work with and knew the Santa Fe inside and out! I went with them especially because getting the certified pre-owned kept the 100k warranty intact and they cover your oil changes, wipers, sticker, etc. for the time you own the car. It will be worth a bit of a drive for me to keep that up. Thanks guys! More

Bad Gas The problem was related to bad gas causing engine failure. The service department quickly resolved the issue which was very expensive to repair!!! My car needed a new engine that was covered under warr This review is NOT directed towards all of the service department's customer service personnel. My car needed a new engine that was covered under warranty. My first interaction with the service manager/service rep was nothing spectacular. All steps and expectations were explained. However, after my first question regarding a delay, I was met with tremendous attitude and argumentative conflict. For the next 4 months it only got worse. I needed to get corporate involved. And corporate was met with similar attitude, dodging questions, and childish games with documentation, which seemed to be designed to irritate or hurt me. 7 months later, I got my car back but I will never go back or recommend first hyundai to anyone who needs servicing outside of simple oil changes. More
