Waited 1 1/2 hours to meet with financials dept We had made an appointment for 6 PM to fill out the loan application papers and complete the financial aspects of purchasing the car. I had purchased the car on Sunday afternoon and happily was able to drive it home. However I feel that waiting an hour and a half when I had at least a tentative appointment last night was extreme and we almost left and canceled the deal. We saw another customer cancel his deal and leave because he didn’t want to wait anymore either. If you know you’re going to be very shorthanded and lots of people are buying cars, then call customers & ask them to reschedule the financial appt. More
The Sirrs So we had been shopping only a few days and had test driven a Tuscan limited at a local dealer and loved it but thought we didn't get the best deal. I shopped via internet and worked with Katie and her manager offered up a very reasonable quote. I was shopping strictly by price at this point as i have owned many Hyundai's. I went to first trying to hammer out a deal and when i wasn't satisfied, they reworked the deal to keep us a customer. Awesome! More
