Was referred by a good friend who told me not to worry "they will take care of you." Laughed as I have heard that many times in my life when dealing with dealerships. But reached out via the internet and dealt with Ed who got to know my situation and said that it would be a challenge as I was very much upside down in my old car. He was confident and reassuring, I live almost 1 and half away but he said he would not waste my time. Made the trip, and was greeted immediately by a sales person who introduced me to Ed and then found the car the I wanted. Not that they wanted to sell but the one that was right for me. Long Story short 2 hours later was driving home in my New 2013 Sonata. The entire team here at 1st Hyundai is very friendly and most of all true to their word. This was the BEST experience I have had and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. More
After visiting 2 other dealerships, First Hyundai was the best. They where very honest and freindly. I got a 2013 hyundai Elantra limited with the Tech pack and it was the exact price i wanted it for. I went best. They where very honest and freindly. I went in looking for a 2012 Elantra limited but they explained to me that the car i was looking for (color tech pack ect.) they could not get (the other two dealerships strung me along)it was great that they where that honest. The 2013 with everything i wanted was not much more then the 2012. I got great financeing 1.9% for 60 months, they worked very hard looking around for a bank that could do it and they got it done. The sales manager was great did not try to hassel me at all, gave me my options and let me decide. When he could not go any lower on the price he started giving me other incentives. Derek Theriault i suggest all that go to First Hyundai visit him he was AWSOME, freindy, polite, well educated on the vehicles, courteous and much more. During the whole prosess he never left my side I was his main priorty! Long story short i will tell all i know to go to First Hyundai and visit Derek Theriault. More
Bought a new car there in mid-April 2012. Used the online chat feature and had all of my questions answered before arrival. I was greeted by Colton and he was able to retrieve transcripts of my online chats with the dealership which matched my notes. So the sales staff both online and in person were excellent. The finance kid was ok, he was just doing his job so I'm not going to knock him for offering me the standard dealership push toward extended warranties etc. Overall it was a great experience and I love the car I got, and I have received endless compliments on it from friends and family. The Hyundai brand isn't the joke it was years ago, instead people seem to now prefer it over many other brands.....great looking new cars, good price, great warranty, and real fuel efficient. It wasn't easy finding a Hyundai dealership with a good, trust-worthy reputation, but First Hyundai was the best in my area. I literally live 2 minutes from Courtesy Hyundai but I have heard nothing but horror stories about that place and Pride Hyundai plays too many games with their pricing. Courtesy and Pride add $3,900 to the MSRP and call it an "Added Market Value" fee...lol...what is that made up artificial nonsense. First Hyundai didn't play that game or I would have walked right out. So, thanks for the good experience Colton and the rest of the First Hyundai staff including "Dutch" for his online info. More
First Hyundai and Mateo Riz is why I am riding around in a safe, comfortable and beautiful Santa Fe. I cannot say enough for the dealership; but mostly for Mateo. He is the epitome of a caring sales per a safe, comfortable and beautiful Santa Fe. I cannot say enough for the dealership; but mostly for Mateo. He is the epitome of a caring sales person who puts no pressure on a person and worked with me to get a fantastic deal. My sister and her husband both bought Hyundais off of First Hyundai and Mateo. They suggested him and I was so happy they did. I have suggested First Hyundai and Mateo to my friends. Thanks to him I drove my new Santa Fe off the lot that day. My wife and i had been shopping around for a new vehicle, and had decided on purchasing a new hyundai. I was going to do all the leg work, so After reading up on different dealerships I decided to visit thre and had decided on purchasing a new hyundai. I was going to do all the leg work, so After reading up on different dealerships I decided to visit three of them. First hyundai was my last visit, but i should have made it my first and only stop. I had called one day ahead after reading their online specials, and when i arrived at the dealership, wss greeted by Bill Mcnearney (Sales associate), i felt cery comfortable as i walked into the show room and was introduced to Dell Roderick. (Sales manager). Bill and I had a nice conversation about a number of things, and i could tell thst he really cares about the needs of the people he meets. We took a test drive, and based upon my discussion with Him about my driving habits, Bill altered the original test drive route so that i could get the right feel for the vehicle. After returning, Bill, Dell and I discussed my trade and came to a final price for the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in purchasing (Sonata GLS). I called my wife and explained to her that I was never pushed nor was I treated like anything other than a friend, and that the deal was the best so far. I told Dell and Bill that i needed an evenning to decide, for which they were very understanding. So after talking with my wide, I returned the next day to purchase the car, do the paperwork and financing. I had a specific payment that i needed to stay within that Paul Andrade (Finance Manager) kept me within. I was done in the finance office in less rhan fifteen minutes. After finishing and recieving my new car, I knew that i would return to First Hyundai for another purchase. The friendly professionalism of these individuals needs to be experienced first hand. I will never ever visit First Hyundai. My time and my money were wasted. They low balled me and even accepted it, pitching it as a sales technique. I have been impressed by Hyundai Sonata from the 2011 model and the good reviews and feedback have helped too. i decided to buy a Sonata Limited Edition for my first car. I'm a reasonably internet savvy person and read up online about various dealers. I got internet quotes from a few of them. FirstHyundai was one of the dealers i visited last Saturday (3/24). I had visited other dealers too and gotten a quote from them. I met with Derek the Sales Consultant, he was helpful with the details of the car and so forth. Once we got into the details of the pricing, Derek called over Dell and we talked pricing, he made me an offer that was good and i needed time to think it over. I went back the next Friday (Today) and met Derek. We picked out a Car and then another Sales Manager comes over and admits that Dell had quoted a price that even they could not meet. he then proceeded to discuss numbers with me all over again. Why would anyone buy from you ever again after having been treated in such a shabby manner? 4/11 : Guess what, bought a brand new Sonata 2012 Ltd from Bernardi Hyundai over at Brockton on the 31st of March. I definitely recommend them. First Hyundai, You just drove away a confirmed buyer to a competitor. Congratulations! More

So I left empiere and went to first hyundai and I'm glad I did I got there they took care of my and I ended up leaving with the awd tuson with the payments I wanted and the intrest rate I told my girlfriends parents about it and showed them my new car they liked it and ended up going to firt hyundai and buying one for themself to so I was recomend this to anyone looking to buy More

I live 40 minutes from this dealership, but heard an advertisement on the radio for this dealership. When I got to the dealership I was greated by David immediately. He was great! I have bought many new cars over the years, but this was the best experiience I have ever had. I informed David what I wanted, he brought me to the vehicle, we took a test drive, and I came home in my new car. No drama, no waiting for hours, no games. It was great, it was the first time buying a new car that I didn't feel like I was being scammed some how. I love my new Hyundai, and the warranty is unbelievable. I would recommend First to my friends, it is worth the extra drive. More
