My experience with Derek and Greg was great. All with people all over the country my credit and wifes credit had a few problems. Working with Derek and Greg made a difficult situation turn into a great people all over the country my credit and wifes credit had a few problems. I went into the dealership with the intention to not purchase a new car unless I got the deal I wanted. The salesman, Ed Nae, was very friendly, engaging in the typical small talk during the test drive purchase a new car unless I got the deal I wanted. The salesman, Ed Nae, was very friendly, engaging in the typical small talk during the test drive, but also trying to get a feel for what I wanted and for how much; he appeared to be interested in getting me what I wanted at the price I wanted. It put me a bit at ease, during what can be a stressful process. Overall, First Hyundai gave me an excellent price on my trade-in, and gave me an excellent price on a new 2013 Sonata. Sales staff and finance staff were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them, and I will absolutely consider them again to purchase my next car. More
Went in to buy an Azera but couldnt get financing. Greg said got 2 sonatas one red and a white one. Stated I wasnt interested in a demo wanted new and if I wanted a demo it would be the white one and left said got 2 sonatas one red and a white one. Stated I wasnt interested in a demo wanted new and if I wanted a demo it would be the white one and left. Recieved a call from Anthony Sr wanting to know what happened and if he could help. Told him I was interested in a new car not a demo and would like to buy with no money down. He said let me talk with Greg. Greg calls and states that he will honor a promotion that was going on for sonatas and that he could get me financed in the red demo for $1000 down. I told him we would have a deal if I could get the white demo with no money down or else no deal. Greg says it was nice doing business with you if you change your mind give us a call. So for being a million dollar dealership and not wanting to add the $1000 to the price of the car (an extra $13 a month in the payment) they would rather not sell a car. Its all about the money and if you dont agree to there terms its see you later not good customer service like let me see what I can do. So not only did this dealership lose a customer but so did Hyundai. I will drive my 2011 sonata untill I can trade it in and you can bet it wont be for another Hyundai. More
