Matt was great,very helpful, friendly, honest. I had a price range I could afford and they did all they could to get the numbers to work so that I could go away with a new car. After having a terrible experience at another dealership we came to First Hyundai. From the SECOND we were in contact with them, we had an AMAZING experience. Bill McNearney is top notch. He took his time with EVERYTHING he did with my fiance and I to get us a deal that worked for us. I have less than perfect credit and not once did I ever feel that we were being treated as less than a million bucks. Bill is personable, friendly, knowledgable about the entire process, and polite. Clarke, is a finance person and he was also extremely polite, knowledgeable, and honest. We will be seeing him tomorrow morning for finalized paperwork. We even got to meet the first person I spoke with named Ron, who took time from his busy day to come and talk with us and wished us well. Before we left we were also introduced to the service manager named Billy who was again polite, knowledgable, and honest. I was BLOWN AWAY, in a good way! IMPECCABLE SERVICE! If you would like to buy a Hyundai please do yourself a favor and buy here. You will not be disappointed! I actually hope that Bill doesn't retire so that when we return to buy my fiance a truck in a few years, we can work with him! Good luck! More
Overall experience very favorable....It took me at least 3 visits and 3-4 phone calls to get what I thought was a very good value. When I went back to find the car I was looking at, it was gone..They showed 3 visits and 3-4 phone calls to get what I thought was a very good value. When I went back to find the car I was looking at, it was gone..They showed me another similar model which i liked but found out my trade had devalued 1500.00 There was a slight mis-communication over this and I left... I called again to see if they better the deal and they said no. I then went to Nissan Village and purchased an 2011 Altima./.On they way home i stopped back and offered them one last chance to meet or beat it and they did !!! Bobby was very good and also Blake..Would have liked it better if they gave me their best price 1st.. I took del. on 11/7 and I am waiting for a set of floor matts and an extra key.....I will certainly go back......Stu S. More
I went to this dealer very interested in the 2013 Veloster. Matt was very helpful giving us all the information we needed to make our decision. I am generally hesitant to make large purchases but the whole team made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and I can't say enough about the customer service. They even pre-set our radio stations for us! Matt showed us all the features of the new car and we were very excited to take it home. The finance department even worked with me on getting the best value for my trade-in. We are very happy we went to First Hyundai and would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends! Thank you! I am currently shopping for a small SUV and have been to several dealerships. Upon arriving at First Hyundai I was greated by Ishmaiel Arroyo. He was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about Hyundai and the dealership he works for. We went on a test drive where I was very impressed with the Santa Fe and Ishmaiel's knowldge of the vehicle. Once we returned Greg Howle sat down with me to review my options and work within my budget. He was a true professional that worked as a consultant not a pushy sales person. I have not decieded on the vehicle I want to purchase, however I will be back at First Hyundai once I have made a decision. More
I had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with Jason in the service department. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending, and worst of all, no help whatsoever. I never write letters to complain but Jason h the service department. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending, and worst of all, no help whatsoever. I never write letters to complain but Jason has inspired me to write my very first complaint letter. It is shocking to me someone of his low functioning social skills is put in a position to work with the public. He was unable or uninterested in providing "service" while working in the service department. Fortunately, the service manager is wonderful and was able to do the simple task in order to get my car fixed. More

On May12th my husband and I went into to the dealership to cancel out extended warranty that we purchased in Sept 2011 for a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. We signed the paperwork, they took our mileage and we we to cancel out extended warranty that we purchased in Sept 2011 for a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. We signed the paperwork, they took our mileage and we were told it would take a few months to see the money put back into the balance of the loan. Well, on August 28th, I called the extended warranty company and the policy was still active. So, I called the dealership and was told that they had just finalized the paperwork?? and to speak to Krista (I am not 100% sure that is her name) but she was unavailable, so I left a message with the receptionist. I called again on 9/4 and left a detailed message regarding the issue. I called the warranty company this morning and was told the policy is still active. I explained the situation to the warranty company and he said that the dealership only has to cancel the policy through the computer and only takes a few moments and that the money goes back to the dealership in a month after the cancellation and then you handle the payment. So, I called again and left a very detailed message on Krista's voice mail today. I also emailed the 2 finance managers and 24 hours later, I have still NO reply from anyone..not even a call back from 2 voice messages that were left. More
