Switched Financing @ Last Minute Besides not having the car ready after driving 2 hours, the sales people were great. Once deal was roughly laid out, it was like a ghostown. It was almost three weeks before I recieved the vehicle because I was misled and lied to. I do not like dishonesty. My husband and I had to go back to redo paperwork that was done improperly. The price was more than I agreed to. My fault I shouldn't have signed paperwork. Everytime I went up to the dealership I waited and waited and waited. No communication. I did not go to another Dealership closer to me because of people lying to me and cheating me. I trusted the salesperson and he really disappointed me. I like the service department and would go back to service, but I would not go back to purchase, although I do love my new vehicle !! More
Matched rebate of another dealer Mark was a sufficient salesperson who helped me get as many rebates and discounts as possible. I was a little disappointed that the price we arrived at did not include accessories. Upon further inspection of our agreement, the financial guy pointed out that this was clearly spelled out on the agreement. However, I felt it wasn't made clear verbally. I found myself getting caught up in the moment of accepting a fair price and then arrived to finalize the deal and realized the price had shifted $1000 due to the accessories, so I was a little pissed about that. I wish car dealerships were like Apple computers: one xxxxing price and you know what you pay for. It doesn't seem like too much to ask. Maybe it is. More
