Easy And Great Car Buying Experience Let me start off by saying that I had a bad experience at a competitor 10 years ago when I bought my first Hyundai car, a Sonata in 2005. The dealership started to get better so I continued to do business with them. I even stated I would do business with them again when it came time to buy a new car. I went in with a price they quoted. I did not see any disclosures that stated that the price included other rebates that I was not entitled too. The price ended up $2,000 more. They said 1 rebate expired which was $500. Anyways the car ended up $1500 more. I decided to go into First Hyundai on the advice of a former co-worker. I met James Clanton and he was easy going and friendly. He got me in a car that was $2000 more because of added accessories and my final price was $300 less than the competitor. Plus what really sold me was the First For Life program. I just hope no surprises come from that but I will find that out when I go in for my first service. I believe I found my new dealership. More
Amazing experience! I got a flat on 495 and decided that I wanted to purchase a new car rather than put any money in to my 2008 Mazda. While my experience with First Hyundai started out somewhat negative; Lindsey Iacabbo called me the next afternoon and answered all of my questions clearly and sympathetically so I returned that night to purchase the car I really wanted but had walked away from. On my second visit I worked with Mark Berman and he was amazing. He thoroughly went over the car that I planned on purchasing and took me out for a second test drive and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I hope he stays at First Hyundai so I can purchase my next car from him. The next phase was financing and Mateo Riz worked some sort of voodoo and got me an amazing rate, much better than I anticipated! I walked in at 5:30 and Mateo and Mark worked much past closing time and I was able to leave with my new car that night! Mark helped me move everything out of my old car and went and filled the tank on my new car while I was signing the paperwork. I will definitely be returning to First Hyundai for all of my service (it's included in the purchase!!) and buying needs. Thank you to Mark and Mateo for such an amazing experience! More

Easiest car buying experience I've had! I started by speaking with First Hyundai's online department and was able to finalize a deal in 20 minutes over the phone. I drove to the dealership the next day and all I had to do was sit with David to go over the features of the vehicle and started signing the paperwork. There were no games and I received the deal promised on the phone. I was leaving with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours. Andre, Lindsey, and David made this the easiest transaction ever for purchasing a car. I will be back in 3 years when my current lease is up. Great dealership and great people. More

The sales and finance people were rude and the only reason I bought the car was because of a fr Crooks!!! Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The sales and finance people were rude and the only reason I bought the car was because of a friend who works there. .. but even that didn't help when after 3 months my 2 year old car needs a couple thousand worth of repairs that I couldn't have caused. And like usual the only guy who can approve any work on my car refuses to answer or return calls. . I will never buy or recommended anyone ever shop there. Don't throw your money away More
Hats off to Mark Berman I went in for general service on my 2012 Sonata SE and left with a 2015 Sonata which does everything except cook me breakfast. I really do appreciate the effort made by Mark Berman, Andre Mendes and Mateo Riz to keep my payments the same while helping me work on chipping away at the negative equity that I have been carrying. Although I was a little nervous about my 1st leased vehicle, my new 2015 has every bell and whistle under the sun. I truly feel special driving my new car. Mark spent 6 hours with me initially which kept him there way past closing (9:30pm). I never felt rushed. I appreciate his patience and understanding of my needs as he guided me through the process. High 5 to Mark...a true professional. More
