From the point I was first interested in the 2016 Elantra I bought as a walk-in with the Elantra’s information and my mind set on that vehicle. Chris Antone I’d give him all 10’s he greeted me at the door he was very helpful and at no time did I feel pressured by any of the staff. We sealed the deal in less than 2 hours including test drive with no haggling on price or finance. We came back that Saturday to pick up car and everything was ready Rod in financing had even gotten a better percentage then was quoted along with the best warranty in the business it was a win for my family and I. I would recommend First Auto group to anyone without hesitation. I was done and had my New Elantra to drive home in less than 2 hours. The short time frame we had at dealership was important because we had to young children with us 2 and 5 and the staff was fantastic and understanding with the chaos that small children can bring into picture. Again I would send any of my friends to do business Chris is the best salesman I have dealt with in a long time and that is coming from a former Hyundai salesman from way back in 1992. The car I traded had just been paid off when the 2011 engine recall claimed it. Even though it would have had a new engine when all was said and done, I decided to take advantage of the rebate offered because of the recall. After many emails with David I finally decided to make the step and drive away in a brand new Sonata ( my 3rd Sonata). Derek was very helpful in helping me decide on what options were most important to me. After narrowing it down with price and options he believed the Sport model was exactly what I was looking for. He was right and I am enjoying every time I get behind the wheel. Thank you First Hyundai and Derek for everything. More

Took hours to drive away in the same car I drove in My lease was over in January of 2016, from July - November I received weekly calls attempting to get me to come into the dealership stating that they My lease was over in January of 2016, from July - November I received weekly calls attempting to get me to come into the dealership stating that they would be able to get me into a newer car for cheaper. After I started to ask more questions about this newer car for less, I was told that was not really true they just wanted to tell me my end of lease options. Once I was actually able to go into the dealership I arrived on time for my 2:00 pm appointment, I was given a tour of the lot, none of the cars on the lot fit into what I was looking for nor were they a better deal than buying out my lease. So when the walking tour was over I was told by the manager that the best option was to purchase my lease, at the time I appreciated the honesty. So I asked to start the paperwork. I get it, and accept some responsibility for the terrible idea of going to a dealership on a Saturday but since I had made an appointment I had higher hopes for how the meeting wold go. The paperwork was filled out, my loan was approved, I asked for an automatic starter to be put in and was told I was actually told 'No, since you're not really buying a car, well you're buying a car but not one from the lot.' At this point I just needed to wait for finance, and since I was buying my lease, every other person in the dealership and even someone who walked in while I was waiting was able to go into the finance department before me. I felt as if, since I wasn't buying a car that was on the lot, I wasn't treated with the same level of urgency as the other customers buying one off the lot. When waiting for financing for almost two hours I was told that it was really busy, which I completely understand but I had been told I would be the 'next person' for the last hour and half, and honestly did not feel like they valued me as a customer as I was just purchasing my lease. I expressed my frustration while in the showroom, I was given two options, wait or sign paperwork on the showroom floor. As I was unsure of how much financial information would be disclosed I chose to wait. When I did finally get into finance I was told I would have my registration within 7 days, after 10 days I called the business manager, Serena, who gave me her contact information. No call back. After about two and a half weeks I was finally called by the sales person who helped me and never any follow up from the business manager. My overall concern is the lack of follow up after I agreed to purchase my lease, also the lack of respect that I really deserve, at the end of the day I was still purchasing a car from First Hyundai and it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience. When I leased my car 3 years ago I specifically chose to work with First Hyundai because of the reviews and I had a great experience my return a month ago changed my opinion a significant amount. The Best of the Best From the initial call to the final details of my purchase, I was impressed and, more important, extremely satisfied with my purchase at First Hyundai. The staff did more than just try to entice me to the dealership to see "a" car, rather than the one I wanted. They treated with a warmth and professionalism that I've never experienced purchasing a car. With six cars behind me, I was expecting the hard sell with a pack of lies that would eventually sour whatever purchase I made. NOT so with First Hyundai!! I spent some time talking to David by phone, so they knew exactly what I wanted before I went to the dealership. I was assured that I would leave with a deal. Absolutely correct!! Andre, my sales manager and Pedro, my sales person, were in touch with my needs as a buyer and worked hard to ensure that all promises were kept and then some. I will be go back to this dealership for many years to come, including service and trade-ins. I highly recommend this dealership and the sales team. They are in tune and in the know about what customers need and want. Kudos to them for a great car purchase experience. The Santa FE SE I purchased is fabulous and better in many ways than other cars I test drove in the same class. First Hyundai stands alone with the added benefit of a savvy and personable staff. They can't be beat. More
