I purchases my vehicle on June 7 2023, by month’s end the car stopped working. The car was towed to the dealership and fixed and returned to me on later that month. In December I called the strip on the wind car stopped working. The car was towed to the dealership and fixed and returned to me on later that month. In December I called the strip on the windshield was separating, the auto car starter only ran for less than 5 minutes and my rear passenger tire needed air almost daily. Needless to say within that time the washer fluid pump on the drivers side stopped working.I called to complain and set up an appointment and was told it would be an all day appointment and I couldn’t be seen until May. I received a call back to say I could bring the car in for the oil change January 17,2024. On January 29th I was so frustrated now the front passenger tire keeps going flat. I made an appointment to just get rid of the car which was purchased with 32K on the odometer For $25K, and now has 38K on the mileage. When I returned to the dealership in February I was assured they would work something out. They did, they told me this beast of a car was now only worth 18K it had depreciated $7K, and the car that I settled on would could $647 a month compared to the $424 I currently pay. NEVER will I return, I filed a complaint with the ATO this is crap. They know the car is a nightmare I barely use it because I don’t know what’s next. I’m beside myself. And the strip for the windshield has is schedule to be put in in April, and month earlier than the original appointment date in May. I personally think they schedule things out to keep customers in possession of these wrecks, making it justifiable to them I’m now stuck with a lemon. How did the car depreciate 7K? I’m absolutely livid, and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone ever. Hopefully the Attorney Generals Office can find a resolution, because the dealership offered none. More
I am on my 5th lease. I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First wa I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First was having Presidents Day deals. I really wasn't expecting to make a deal. I even filled my car with gas. That's how little faith I had in walking out with a new deal. I sat with Josh. After the smallest amount of back and forth, I got the deal I wanted, for the car I wanted. There was so little pressure. They had a white car on the lot and when Josh saw I wasn't crazy about it he said take the night think it over. You need to get the car you want. Before I left I decided to get the red. I was there for 1.5 hours. The next day Josh told me my car was already on its way to the dealership. It should be there either that day or the next. Again I didn't believe him. Sure enough he called at 5:30 that night. The car was in. I made an appointment to come in the following afternoon to finish the paperwork. Everything went as smooth as silk. The finance manager was wonderful as well. Josh showed me the new features on the car. I was done in 1 hour. Total of 2.5 hours to lease a new car. It has taken 4-6 hours on previous leases. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman. I will be recommending First Hyundai to everyone. More
If you’re looking for no pressure, down to earth sales guy then run to see Mike Zwaan. We purchased a Kona from him and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. I also miss Lisa Andersen and Anthony, the past general manager. Honest, bright, and cannot say enough about them. They were a great asset to Hyundai in Attleboro. It is not the same without them. manager. Honest, bright, and cannot say enough about them. They were a great asset to Hyundai in Attleboro. It is not the same without them. More
Our brakes in our Santa Fe were squeaky and we took the car to First Hyundai. They told us to replace the brake pads. We did, to the tune of $700. The squeak did not resolve and we took the car back. We we car to First Hyundai. They told us to replace the brake pads. We did, to the tune of $700. The squeak did not resolve and we took the car back. We were told it was "road grit" and the brakes were fine. Squeak never resolved. We took the car to another dealership, where they found damage to the brakes so serious, I was not allowed to leave in the car until it was repaired. The front brakes were never assembled properly (the original reason for the squeak) and in the course of replacing the rear brake pads, the rear brakes were damaged. Parts were missing. Other parts were bent and punctured more parts, and the parking brake was damaged. So, First Hyundai missed the initial problem in the first place and damaged our brakes in replacing the pads. Then they either missed the initial problem again plus the damage they did when we took the car in the second time and got the road grit excuse or they lied about checking the second time. And now we have to pay $800 to get things repaired correctly and are lucky we aren't dead in a ditch somewhere. More
Service is terrible and service telephone operator is rude. They wanted me to wait 3-4 weeks to have my car checked because the engine light went on. Took it elsewhere and found the thermostat to be bad rude. They wanted me to wait 3-4 weeks to have my car checked because the engine light went on.
