Patient and Caring Being new in the community of Jacksonville, I was worried about finding a dealership to replace my van that broke down. I road up and down many street Being new in the community of Jacksonville, I was worried about finding a dealership to replace my van that broke down. I road up and down many streets looking at the many different dealers in the area. Then, the First Coast caught my eye. Their presentation of their vehicles was superb. The vehicles we nicely presented, but I noticed how clean each one was. What also appealed to me was that their lot was not overfilled with cars. That said to me, they wanted quality over quantity. Sure all dealers want profit, but only putting quality and dressing them was what their lot said to me. Upon entering the shop the two gentlemen were very nice. They asked me what I wanted, which most dealers do not ask. The other guys just shove down your throat what they want to sell to you. They let me take a car for an extended ride, not ride along around the block where you can't really determine condition. After testing out the two vehicles I liked, I chose one. I was instructed to check out with the mechanic of my choice. After getting a CarFax report and an inspection I was happy with my selection. They were patient with me while I made my decision, even though it took a few days, and there was someone else after me who was interested. They valued my desires to inspect, and did not rush just to sell a car. In the future I will revisit their lot for any future needs for a vehicle. Thanks guys I love my car!!to More

Really Great & Genuine Service I went to multiple dealerships before I ended up at First Coast Auto Sales. Every single one had an excuse as to why I wouldn't be able to get a car, I went to multiple dealerships before I ended up at First Coast Auto Sales. Every single one had an excuse as to why I wouldn't be able to get a car, and most were rude about it and didn't even seem like they wanted to help me. But then I ended up at First Coast Auto and they pretty much treated me like family. I told them my situation and Lloyd and Jessie were nothing but helpful and understanding. But above all else, I left their dealership that day in a car that I needed. I highly recommend anyone in need of a car to go to these guys, they really do go above and beyond for you. More
