Unprofessional. Not a great experience here. Spent my entire day here trying to get approved for a vehicle. Filled out all the credit application paperwork by 11:30a Not a great experience here. Spent my entire day here trying to get approved for a vehicle. Filled out all the credit application paperwork by 11:30am, went back around 1 to find out they didn't put the paperwork though yet. 45 minutes later they ask me to put a partial down payment (which was fine) they then apparently put the credit app through. Fast forward... Not approved (still fine) days later I am approved at another dealership just to find that this dealership only gave me half of my deposit back.... When I call back today they were fully aware of the mistake but literally did not apologize once! Very unprofessional. Now I'll be waiting another day for my card to be cleared up... More
