First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram responded

We apologize for your frustration. You had your vehicle towed to our facility with no appointment over the weekend. We were able to move our shop schedule around to get your vehicle into the shop as fast as we could to help accommodate you. Your vehicle had a check engine light that was on and we found it needed an alternator which had to be ordered and took a few days to arrive. You also had a concern of a noise coming from your vehicle which we were able to road test and diagnose after the alternator was replaced. Again we apologize for your frustration but want you to realize that we did our best to fit you into our busy schedule and feel that we don't deserve this 1 star review along with the one on Facebook and Google and all the other social media sites that you took the time to post. We especially didn't deserve to be sworn at and would have liked the same respect we have given you!
