What I thought was poor communication was only a phone system that had went down. When reengaged with Service Manager Scott- the team at First Chrysler exceeded all expectations- not only solving the conc system that had went down. Bought my Jeep Cherokee in 2016, called to schedule an oil change today. Was told by the woman I spoke to that they couldn’t do my oil change till January 8 2021. This is the third time this has happened oil change today. Was told by the woman I spoke to that they couldn’t do my oil change till January 8 2021. This is the third time this has happened with this service department. I can only have service done on Saturday’s as I work in New Bedford. I think 33 days to get my oil changed is ridiculous, it takes less than 1 hour to do this service. On top of the long wait for an appointment, she rudely hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to the dealership general manager, was told by operator I was being put through to his extension. I got his voicemail, left my name and number. He never called me back, I have worked in retail my whole life, if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have any customers. For a dealership that supposedly put customers first, this was a big fail on their part. I was thinking of getting another grand Cherokee next year and trading in this one. As a result of what happened today, I will be looking for a different dealership. I also will be looking to cancel my service plan with First Jeep, as I can’t seem to get an appointment in a timely fashion. I also have an older Jeep Liberty that I have taken to their service department. I have been to the dealership 3 or 4 times and they still haven’t fixed what’s wrong with that car. I would not recommend getting any service done at this dealership. More

Then recommended new brakes in addition 2 fixing speed sensor but opted out of brakes & asked 4 recommendation in writing twice but never got. Vehicle had less than 20k miles so very disappointed nothing was covered by warranty. More
