I had an great experience buying my 2021 jeep wrangler from Lou. I wish I could say the same about the service department. First I was told oil changes are free but then got a call saying it would be $1 from Lou. I wish I could say the same about the service department. First I was told oil changes are free but then got a call saying it would be $120. When I said I thought they were free I was told I was supposed to be signed up for a program which is not at all what we were told. The jeep I purchased came with dual tops. When I put the soft top on I noticed it had tape on it and the stitching was ripped. I then was not able to close it. I brought it to a different jeep dealership since it was about to rain, they spent over an hour trying to get it to close without charging me and told me the top was faulty and to bring back to where I purchased it. I brought it back to your dealership and was told that it's not under warranty and would cost me $900 just to figure out what's wrong. I paid for the dual tops and can't use the soft top. I have a new car with 20,000 miles on it and couldn't drive it when it was going to rain when the soft top was on, not I am without a car for today. I bought a new car so I wouldn't have issues like this. When I asked to speak to service manager i was told that they were too busy and to call Chrysler. Not only are your service people not helpful but rude. I will never buy a car or use your service department again and will pass this information along to everyone I know and will post all over social media. A new jeep is not cheap and this shouldn't be my headache. More

I purchased my 2019 Dodge Ram in 2018 and have been bringing it in for my scheduled services ever since. I book my appointments about a week in advance and schedule in a complete detail each time. It can be a little difficult for them to get everything done in one day; however they have always managed. I have had all positive experiences with First Chrysler Dodge and there have been too many to count! I would highly recommend their sales, service and detail departments! :) More

Never again!!! Was there 3.5 hrs for a 30 to 45 min appt only to have to bring the vehicle back multiple times due to it first wouldnt start in the lot and then stalled at the lights leaving. Scott and Mic only to have to bring the vehicle back multiple times due to it first wouldnt start in the lot and then stalled at the lights leaving. Scott and Michael were beyond rude speaking to me trying to resolve the issue and had zero respect for the customer. I will happily drive the extra 20 min to the next dealership versus putting my families safety and lives under this service team. More
