Service Department completely Inept. Dropped of vehicle on a Sunday night 3 weeks ago so they could get an early start on it Monday. 3 weeks later a bill already topping 3600.00 and anoth Dropped of vehicle on a Sunday night 3 weeks ago so they could get an early start on it Monday. 3 weeks later a bill already topping 3600.00 and another grand in rental cars and still no word on my vehicle. Engine service that was not to complicated and they still have no clue. Return phone calls are non-existent, One person has given me one story and another told me something exact opposite of what first person said. Gee it cannot be both. Authorized to pay a next day shipping fee, then excuses for 5 more days after the fact. blaming part was not programmable, Total runaround. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with this dealer. More

Terrible wait time for simple service The service I received was horrible. I brought my car in Thursday evening for Friday service to have an oil change, GPS update and had a leak in a tir The service I received was horrible. I brought my car in Thursday evening for Friday service to have an oil change, GPS update and had a leak in a tire. Benjamin called me at 9:52am to tell me that I actually had 2 tires with a nail/screw in them; one could be repaired and the other would need to be replaced. Benjamin also told me that I needed to have my tires realigned and that would push the time my car would be ready to approximately 1pm. So I showed up at 3:30pm to pick up my car, and low and behold, he tells me it's just about ready (they just had to do something with a tire). He then explains to me that the GPS update is not possible at this time and has another agent help him explain to me the steps needed to take to update my GPS. By 4pm I was told to go wait in the waiting room and that my car would still take another 15 minutes to be ready. I din't see or hear from anyone for 30 minutes, so I went back to his desk and asked if my car was ready. Nope. I didn't get my car back until 5:15pm. So, in summation, the service department had my car when thry opened in the morning, and I was unable to get my car until 5:15pm, when it should have been ready at 1pm, per their agent. This is completely unacceptable. The entire reason I dropped off my car was so that I would not have to wait for it, but I went to pick up my car 2.5 hours after it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait an additional 1.75 hours to get my car. While Benjamin was very cordial throughout the process there was no urgency to get my car back to me. I am still very upset at how long it took with no good explanation of why it took so long. More
Lost a customer Went in today for the first time since the new building opened to have the oil changed on my 300. Planned on looking into trading in my 2013 Ram 1500 Went in today for the first time since the new building opened to have the oil changed on my 300. Planned on looking into trading in my 2013 Ram 1500 for a 2018 while I was there. I was told that because I went to another dealer for the last 2 oil changes that I was no longer in the program for free oil changes. The reason for going to the other dealer was that during the construction at First it was much easier me to use their express-lane than having to make an appointment and leave the car. When I went in today I had to deal with a young man in service that talked to me like I was some little kid and couldn't even give me a straight answer as to what it would cost for an oil change that should have been no cost. In the end I had enough of dealing with him and walked out the door. What I thought was one of the best Chrysler dealers is now one that I will never do business with or recommend to others again. Went to another Chrysler dealer, service done in less than an hour, and much less that what I was told at First Chrysler it MIGHT cost. More
