I knew I had to bring it into a dealership to have About a month ago I got a notice from the Government that there was a recall on my 2014 Dodge Ram. I knew I had to bring it into a dealership to have it corrected but I wasn't sure who I would bring it to. Seeing how this was my 3rd Dodge Ram over the years I have had some bad experiences mostly with Elmwood Dodge. So I decided to do some research / read some reviews on other dealerships to help me make my choice. After reading reviews on multiable dealerships from other independent sources it was clear they all had bad reviews so it really didn't help me but because I personally experienced a bad dealership (Elmwood Dodge) I was not going to go there. I thought I would try First Chrysler Dodge. I really went in with an open mind but reserved. To my surprise and complete satisfaction they were great. I went in just to make an appointment to have to work done because I need to wait for the truck. I did not have a ride or the time to leave it all day. I use my truck for work. The girl was very pleasant and stated to me it would take about 2 hours to do and began to give me possible days to do it. When she said Wednesday (which is today) I asked is today available meaning now and she said yes. I was happy to get it done right there and then. To my other surprise she came to me 1 hour later to say it was done. Great !!! Not only that, they did an inspection on all the other maintenance requirements free of charge. All was good. Then as I was collecting the paperwork she gave me a ticket for a free car wash from a carwash place right next door. Now I'm Very happy now. I would also like to mention that when I brought my truck next door for the wash it was quickly obvious I was not going to be able to go through the automatic wash do to my racks. So the guy who was running the automatic wash sent me over to the manager to see if I could trade my ticket for a manual wash at my request. He first stated he was not allowed to do it. So I gave him my ticket and told him to please give it to someone who could use it. I guess he was surprised when I did that so he stop me from leaving and allowed me to wash my truck at the manual station free of charge. I will be going back to both places in the future. Unprofessional Service! Package #3 was up next so I scheduled a service for Friday(01/25).Extra what I wanted was to replace 4 tires with new tires what I bought somewhere el Package #3 was up next so I scheduled a service for Friday(01/25).Extra what I wanted was to replace 4 tires with new tires what I bought somewhere else and was in the back of the Van!? I got the phone call Friday afternoon that van is done and I picked it up Saturday morning!? As soon as I left the dealership realized yellow lights that says low Tire Pressure!i wasn't too happy about it cause I just spent a lot of money on it!? But I had to go to work!? So when I got home decided to check what was supposed to be done on Van and what was exactly done!? And I got REALLY UPSET!!Unprofessional Work and many things were not even replaced or checked!!? Here's a list that wasn't done on van!? -Inspect and top off fluids! (antifreeze level is really low and we know how important is to keep it on the right level)? -Inspect adjust tire pressure! (yellow light was on indicating low tire pressure and every tire had different PSI in them when I checked)? -Battery test with print out (not done)? -Lubricate Door Hinges and Hood Latches (This is the 3rd service this year and so far NEVER happened)? -Replace Cabin Air Filter (NOT DONE)? -Replace air Filter (was replaced but cover never put back correctly so it's just floating in the air)? -Perform Rear Brake Service (Nope!)? ? That's 7 Steps (pretty important ones) missing out of 16!? And i was overcharged with the tire replacements!? They charged me 25$/tire!But the extra should have been 12.95$/tire because Wheel balance was included in Package #3! I just realized today that front left tire why not holding air! They didn't replace valve stems just used the old ones! and it's leaking!Really?!? Clearly Unacceptable!!? More

We really did not want to drive the car for safety reasons so I said hopefully we c My wife’s airbag light came on Thanksgiving weekend and stayed on. We really did not want to drive the car for safety reasons so I said hopefully we can get it in early the next week. We went on First CDJR website on Sunday 11/25 and were able to schedule an appointment for Monday 11/26 at 8:30 a.m. We dropped the car off Sunday night and it was fixed the next day around noon. Very happy with the quick response and price. More
