Do NOT purchase here! These people sold me a Compass with mold throughout the air ventilation system, breaks that squeak, a window that does not work, the vehicle sputters These people sold me a Compass with mold throughout the air ventilation system, breaks that squeak, a window that does not work, the vehicle sputters when accelerating a battery that dies on me one month later, leaving me stuck at the grocery store in the middle of winter and an axel that bangs and sounds like I'm driving on bed springs. I have taken it to their shop eight times, and these issues have not been fixed, besides the battery. I have complained to the attorney generals office and the better business bureau because they refuse to give me a refund or replacement vehicle. They are trying to stick me with a lemon that they don't know how to fix and therefore should have never sold to me. Since they refuse to stand by their product and value quick cash over customer loyalty or reputation, I feel that it is my duty to make the public aware that you should NOT do business with them, they will cash your check really fast and refuse to refund you for the junker when you have issues. They will offer to fix it, but don't be fooled, you get there and they can either "not duplicate the issue" or they will tell you it's fixed and let you figure out as you drive away that they fixed nothing. They have terrible reviews everywhere for a reason, so do your homework before you spend $1 here. More

I was supposed to go into the dealership and sign the deal on March 31st and accept the car, however First Chrysler reneged on the deal . Awful customer service and lots of lies. One of the sales people told me that the number of miles you drive every year on the lease does not matter. They would tell you anything to try to finalize a deal . Please don't waste your time with this awful dealership . More
