Jim was the first person I met in person and was a pleasure to work with. It was a laid-back experience and I never felt the uncomfortable 'pressure' like you can get at most other dealerships. Lindsey worked tirelessly via email and text to help secure the deal that met our demands and monthly budget. She helped expedite the paperwork process even before we went back to pick the car up. Ross helped put things over-the-top by making sure our vehicle was specially-equipped with a DVD player, which was not a stock option. Simple and hassle free The moment I walked in I was greeted by someone. I had made an appointment and told them who I was. Luis, the salesman came out and he had the car I wanted to look at ready to go. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I decided to Lease the car I test drove. Luis and I discussed and came to a reasonable price. There was no hassling and he didn't pressure me to make a final decision that day. I made my decision after a couple days. I needed a cosigner and Luis was very helpful in facilitating help with all of that as my cosigner lived in another state and Luis sent the lease overnight to get it signed etc. Luis and First Chrysler were great in helping my lease my new car. I couldn't be happier. More
