We bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade from First a little over a year ago and we were treated so nice then and zero pressure. We came back and Abbie was awesome and so patient! Great deal..easy process I was looking for a GMC truck but the lease deals did not blow me away...I had some interest in a Ram so stopped at First. Service Department completely Inept. Dropped of vehicle on a Sunday night 3 weeks ago so they could get an early start on it Monday. 3 weeks later a bill already topping 3600.00 and anoth Dropped of vehicle on a Sunday night 3 weeks ago so they could get an early start on it Monday. 3 weeks later a bill already topping 3600.00 and another grand in rental cars and still no word on my vehicle. Engine service that was not to complicated and they still have no clue. Return phone calls are non-existent, One person has given me one story and another told me something exact opposite of what first person said. Gee it cannot be both. Authorized to pay a next day shipping fee, then excuses for 5 more days after the fact. blaming part was not programmable, Total runaround. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with this dealer. More
