Great, friendly dealership After shopping around for a lease on a new Ram, and not finding a deal that I liked, I decided to try First CDJR which is located about a mile fro After shopping around for a lease on a new Ram, and not finding a deal that I liked, I decided to try First CDJR which is located about a mile from where I live. I walked into the dealership and met Stephen Vitale, a very friendly and knowledgable product specialist. Stephen made me feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. After picking a truck and taking a test drive, I leased a beautiful silver Ram Quad Cab 4x4. Stephan explained all the features and details of the truck and answered all my questions thoroughly. The terms and payments were to my liking and the deal was easy and enjoyable. Paul Andrade made the finance part super easy and he was equally enjoyable to work with. At the end Blake Gardner, the General Sales Manager came over and thanked me for my purchase. I really appreciated that. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. First CDJR is a great, no pressure dealership that I highly recommend. Very happy! More

Free oil change and tire rotatio Tire rotation did not happen and it took over an hour wait for the express lube wait. The free oil change for life was explained differently then when Tire rotation did not happen and it took over an hour wait for the express lube wait. The free oil change for life was explained differently then when I bought the truck. Seems only the first is free then progressive the cost rises as other items must be done in conjunction with each service interval mileage milestone. I'm the end the cost of "free" oil chamge is recovered by the dealer by paying for the other services. More
