I got top dollar for my trade in after doing the research on various tools used by the local automotive industry and Banks and they matched it with an increase per dollar. Salesman was very informative and was able to give me all the answers I needed it when it came to the specific capacity and capabilities of the vehicle I purchased. Terrible wait time for simple service The service I received was horrible. I brought my car in Thursday evening for Friday service to have an oil change, GPS update and had a leak in a tir The service I received was horrible. I brought my car in Thursday evening for Friday service to have an oil change, GPS update and had a leak in a tire. Benjamin called me at 9:52am to tell me that I actually had 2 tires with a nail/screw in them; one could be repaired and the other would need to be replaced. Benjamin also told me that I needed to have my tires realigned and that would push the time my car would be ready to approximately 1pm. So I showed up at 3:30pm to pick up my car, and low and behold, he tells me it's just about ready (they just had to do something with a tire). He then explains to me that the GPS update is not possible at this time and has another agent help him explain to me the steps needed to take to update my GPS. By 4pm I was told to go wait in the waiting room and that my car would still take another 15 minutes to be ready. I din't see or hear from anyone for 30 minutes, so I went back to his desk and asked if my car was ready. Nope. I didn't get my car back until 5:15pm. So, in summation, the service department had my car when thry opened in the morning, and I was unable to get my car until 5:15pm, when it should have been ready at 1pm, per their agent. This is completely unacceptable. The entire reason I dropped off my car was so that I would not have to wait for it, but I went to pick up my car 2.5 hours after it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait an additional 1.75 hours to get my car. While Benjamin was very cordial throughout the process there was no urgency to get my car back to me. I am still very upset at how long it took with no good explanation of why it took so long. More

Jim MADE the numbers work both times, but was also honest, clear, and cut and dry. He set the expectation and followed through. There is nothing worse than a car salesman that sells you the dream to get you in the door but then pulls the rug out from under you when it comes time to sign. The process was smooth and painless and that is why we will ALWAYS use ONLY Jim at FCDJR for all future vehicle purchases for both our personal and business use. Five star experience. Honesty and integrity in an industry that is notorious for being void of both! More
