Service Department completely Inept. Engine service that was not to complicated and they still have no clue. Return phone calls are non-existent, One person has given me one story and another told me something exact opposite of what first person said. Gee it cannot be both. Authorized to pay a next day shipping fee, then excuses for 5 more days after the fact. blaming part was not programmable, Total runaround. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with this dealer. More

Recently bought a new Jeep from first Chrysler Jeep doge ram and by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Lindsay was very helpful through the whole process I didn’t feel pressured like you would at most dealerships. They gave me so many different options and met the numbers I wanted to get to.
