Great experience. I went into this dealership wanting the world. Everyone there made it happen. My salesperson was Abbie. She took her time with me. Then there was Dave, this guy came out to the floor to find me and welcome me to first Chrysler. Paul, let's just say I have no idea what he did with the numbers but I am one happy person. I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork and Abbie was with another customer. I had no problem waiting my turn when Steve comes on over and spends like 1 to 2 hours with me signing the paperwork and filling in the blanks till Abbie was free. Who does that, Steve does. Abbie was awesome. She made me feel great about my purchase. More

Absolute pleasure and expectations were exceeded I came in to dealership to buy a used vehicle after looking extensively online but ended up leasing a new Grand Cherokee. I inquired about a car on First CDJR website and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Hamel, the Internet Manager. Dave was very efficient and got straight to the point. He wasted no time and answered all my questions clearly and to my complete satisfaction. Because of this I went in for the test drive, I was not thrilled with the vehicle. The sales specialist, James Roane, was awesome. He is a great listener and very patient. He did not use any “sales tactics” that people get nervous about. Everyone was very transparent.
