A quick, pleasant, and personable experience! I found a vehicle that I was looking for at First and decided to inquire about it. The team there was VERY quick to get back to me and at first, I dec I found a vehicle that I was looking for at First and decided to inquire about it. The team there was VERY quick to get back to me and at first, I decided not to pursue the vehicle. Later in the week, Friday, I decided I needed it (typical impetuous me), and reached out. Lindsey was quick to respond telling me they'd have the vehicle ready and to come on down even though they were supposed to close within the hour. When I arrived at First, I was greeted promptly and waited a small amount of time for Lindsey to come out. She got the vehicle out for me and we took it for a test drive and I knew I was in love with this vehicle (2018 Jeep Renegade FYI). We went back inside and started discussing numbers and I established a bottom line I was looking to stay at (which trust me was very reasonable). We met each other halfway and I purchased my car that night! Lindsey stayed over an hour and a half after the dealer closed to assist me with this purchase. When I picked the vehicle up the next day, I was so pumped and Lindsey's energy was infectious! She was just as excited as I was and I literally took my new Jeep on a short road trip that day! I just want to say that I've purchased MANY cars in my lifetime and this was by far the smoothest, most personable experience I've ever had at a dealership. All the staff, especially Lindsey, Michael, and Ghulan (spelling?) were SO kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealer for their professionalism and genuineness! More

Great experience My boyfriend and I went to this dealership, recommended by a friend, in hopes of buying a new car and we did just that! We worked directly with James My boyfriend and I went to this dealership, recommended by a friend, in hopes of buying a new car and we did just that! We worked directly with James A. and Lindsey and they were extremely helpful and made the process so smooth, we also worked with Ghulan who was the finance manager crunching those numbers to get us the best deal. I have spent 6+ hours at dealerships before and was pleasantly surprised to have sealed a great deal in less than 3 hours (may have even been less but Ghulan was helping other buyers crunch numbers too!), we went back to the dealership 2 days later to pick up the car. We left with a 2018 Chrysler 300 and LOVE IT! Thank you again to James, Lindsey and Ghulan!!! More
