After shopping around at several locations including Allen Mello in Nashua, Bill DeLuca in Haverhill and Auto Fair in Haverhill, I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership that did not operate with the aggressive/bullying tactics that I've seen at the aforementioned dealerships. I went there with my two little girls and the dealership was incredibly accommodating. The salesman, James, was very friendly and did everything possible to make my girls and myself feel comfortable. Unlike most places, where they keep you waiting forever, James was very attentive and kept me informed on each step of the process. His sales manager, Blake, is also a stand up man. He was a very genuine person and worked with me and did everything possible to get me the price I wanted. Their finance guy, Ghulam, was excellent as well by informing me of my options without the pushy sales approach. James, Blake and Ghulam are really great guys and I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used car! More
