He was straight forward and played no games, but I think what surprised me the most was a follow up phone call two days after delivery just to see if I was still happy with my purchase. Not too often do you get that kind of service anymore so thanks to First Chrysler and especially James for an awesome experience. More

I worked with James on sourcing and purchasing a Charger Daytona with a very specific set of options. At every step he was responsive and ultimately delivered exactly what I was looking for. James' commitment to great customer service did not end when my car was purchased, however. He was able to fulfill some very non-standard requests regarding my delivery and arranged for tinting and paint protection to be applied while I was traveling for work. I also want to mention the amazing service department at First Chrysler who took care of the inspection and additional options. What happened to your dealership it was so much better before the new building. There are no chairs to sit so you have to stand. There is no place to park. Your dealership looks unorganized cars everywhere. I pick up my Jeep and go stand in line because you can’t sit no chairs. I get to the lady behind the bullit proof glass and pay she gives me my keys your Jeep is out there. I had an oil change and inspection while it was in for airbag recall. I drive out lot go up to rt 1 go to take a left turn and a warning light comes on a says your left rear tail light is out. I spent way to much time in your parking lot at 90 degrees. I sure hope you don’t do this to all your handicap customers. More
