15,000 mile service Took me without an appointment. Service writer, Amanda, was very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint was no coffee or tv in service waiting area Took me without an appointment. Service writer, Amanda, was very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint was no coffee or tv in service waiting area. Tv in parts are, no very comfortable, was off. Tough on a 3 hour service. Valet, Dan, took me home to tend to my dog and was very polite. I am a little dubious about being told front end specs that a little erratic does not required adjustment. Tire wear will tell. More
