I’ve been shopping for a suv strong enough to pull my camper and after a lot of research I decided to try the new grand Cherokee L however I was a little hesitated as I couldn’t find the model that I wan camper and after a lot of research I decided to try the new grand Cherokee L however I was a little hesitated as I couldn’t find the model that I wanted with tow hitch so the Salles rep Stephen toke me to the lot to check every option possible and showed me the new 2025 Ram 1500. And that thing checked marked everything I need and it’s super comfortable even more than a grand Cherokee. Lots of power, tech and amazing storage. Had a bad PCM, bought a new one, installed it, then found out the VIN had to be programmed into it for emissions purposes. Had the vehicle towed to them around 5pm, the car was ready around 11am the foll out the VIN had to be programmed into it for emissions purposes. Had the vehicle towed to them around 5pm, the car was ready around 11am the following day. I picked it up around 3 that day after work. Extremely pleased with the quick turnaround.
