David reached out to me when my lease was almost up. He answered questions for me. We set up an appointment. David was very polite and apologized for the confusion. David worked with me, I decided to buy out my lease. I returned today and my registration and plates were ready. I had to remind the man( don't know his name) that the car needed to have the inspection done. I thought I would get free Sirius radio for purchasing the jeep.( I have in the past with other dealers, even on pre-owned vehicles). I asked last week about having service( tune up) as the car is due ..I was told I would have to make a separate appointment. He helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted, (Jeep Grand Cherokee L - Altitude). He handled everything with professionalism and also made sure to contact us to verify we were happy with the truck. Forget my EZ Pass on the vehicle I traded in and didn't realize it for 2 weeks. Called James and he had already grabbed it for me when he noticed it walking by my trade in. A+ customer service as he didn't need to do that. Ghulam the finance manager is very straight forward with the financing options no games or gimmicks. This was my 2nd time dealing with Ghulam as he was there when I purchased my other truck 4 years prior from the same dealership. Got my a lower rate than I was even anticipating. Finance part of the transaction was completed extremely quickly. Tim the sales manager was very accommodating. Had them put a spray in bed liner in the truck as part of the purchase deal. They took care of all of that for me very quickly and had it ready to go in a day. Highly recommend this dealership and would buy all future vehicles from them. They have done all of my service on vehicles for that last 9 years. The entire transaction was very fast and smooth. There was no sitting in the dealership for hours trying to negotiate pricing. Very little back and forth about pricing as they present the best numbers they can up front. More
